Ubi Interactive and Microsoft announced today that they are working together to develop a new system that could turn any surface into a touch screen. The system includes a Microsoft Kinect system and a projector. The Kinect is able to map where ever the user is in the room and turn walls, tables, and other surfaces into touch screen surfaces quick and easily. The system runs on Windows 8 and includes a downloadable app that allows users to scream content from their phone to the projector. The app for the system retails for $149, while the entire system could run up to $1499, depending on the display size and the type of customer support.
