Christie Creates Holographic Images for Tillicum Village

Christie was recently asked to help the Tillicum Village create holographic images for their show. Christie will provide two of their HD10K-M models in order to display a holographic storyteller that will be able to interact with guests and performers. The Long House Theater has a completely wooden construction and is capable of holding up to 450 people. Christie will not only provide a holographic narrator, but also help update the 18 year old soundtrack that it used for the show. “The Christie HD projectors have become part of the magic. Audiences often want to know why the storyteller won’t come out and take a bow after the show! That’s how real he seems on stage,” said Kevin Clark, CEO of Tillicum Village. “By blending the live actors with holographic technology, we get better, richer performances, with great quality and consistency. And the technology allows us to easily update and modify the projected content.”
