A new company is venturing into the pico projector industry. Today, it was revealed that Brookstone has released their first model, the 1080p HDMI Pocket Projector. This tiny device doesn’t have a lot of specifications available. But we do know that it uses LEDs to project up to 85 ANSI lumens and a native WVGA (854 x 480) resolution. The company states that it is capable of accepting 1080p content and can display it onto screens up to 60 inches, diagonally. There are no analog inputs for this projector. Instead there are only an HDMI and a USB port. The 1080p HDMI Pocket Projector is available now and retails for just under $300.
