The Jean Paul Gaultier Exhibit Features Talking Mannequins

Jean Paul Gaultier is one of the big names in the fashion design industry. Recently, he held a press preview party for his new exhibit at the San Francisco de Young Museum. He decided to great guests with the help of a few mannequins and a digital projector. The projector displays faces onto the mannequins to give them the impression that they are singing, chanting, or reciting poetry. The effect is fairly common, especially as a special effect for amusement parks. The exhibit is called, “The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk.” And it will be on display between now and August 19th.
