The latest pico projector from AAXA Technologies is the P4. This device is capable of displaying 80 ANSI lumens, a 2000:1 contrast ratio, and WVGA (854 x 480) resolution. The writers at PC World released their review of this particular device. They were surprised by the projector’s brightness level, but stated that anything brighter than a dimly lit room could wash out the picture. The writers also liked that the projector uses Windows CE, but would have liked to see more apps available. They also would have liked to see a better audio system and a longer lasting battery life. In the end, the writers concluded by stating, “The Aaxa P4 produces some of the brightest images we’ve seen in a pocket-size projector, but it suffers from poor battery life and mediocre audio.”
