ViewSonic is proud to announce today that they are finally releasing the Pro8200 projector in Australia and New Zealand. This projector is the latest home theater projector and features 2000 ANSI lumens, full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, and a 4000:1 contrast ratio. This projector is incredibly light, compared to other HD models, which makes it easy to mount, or able to travel. ViewSonic has included a diverse connection port, which includes dual HDMI and RGB ports, a composite, component, s-video, and a USB port. The Pro8200 is expected to release at the end of this month for the retail price of AUS$1999 ($2011). However in the USA it is already available for just under $1000.
