Microvision Show WX Projectors Create Large Seamless Display

YouTube Preview Image

How do you create a big screen display with a pico projector? Simple, use three projectors and blend them together. Today developers decided to combine three Microvision Show WX projectors to create a seamless projected image. The projector uses laser technology in order to display 10 ANSI lumens, a 5000:1 contrast ratio, and WVGA (848 x 480) resolution. The three projectors are able to create a display that measures 10 feet wide by 3 feet tall. The projectors are being synchronized by Datatron’s watchout software. At the end of the demo, the developers also show a lamp shade that has two Show-WX projectors displaying onto it to create a 360 degree display.
