3D is really moving forward. Today, NEC announced that they will be offering their first 3D Starter Kit as an add-on bonus to those who buy their NP115, NP210, and NP216 projectors. The starter kit will include a pair of 3D glasses as well as 3D software. The software includes demo versions of “Eureka,” which is a software program from Designmate for the 3D representation of scientific concepts. Also included is an “EON 7.0 viewer” from EON Reality. This will provide some sample 3D content for the user to see until more main stream content becomes available. The 3D Starter Kit is available now for about £85 ($129).
