Microvision is known for their SHOW WX projector. This was the world’s first laser projector. Today, the company announced that they have reduced the price of the SHOW WX from its original price of $550 to just under $500. Microvision states that this discount is only for a limited time and will return to its normal price on June 22nd. The SHOW WX features 10 ANSI lumens, a 5000:1 contrast ratio, and WVGA (848 x 480) resolution. The laser system allows the projector to literally project onto any surface with out worrying about focus or readjusting the image in any way. The WX is capable of projecting up to 100” images.
