Optoma has many portable projectors. Today, the company released two more, the TX779 and TH1060. Both projectors are powerful in their own way and they both use the latest in DLP display technology. The TX779 is the smaller of the two and displays 4500 ANSI lumens, a 3000:1 contrast ratio, and XGA (1024 x 768) resolution. The TH1060 is powerful enough to double as a home theater projector with full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 3500 ANSI lumens, and a 2500:1 contrast ratio. One feature that the TX779 has over the TH1060 is that it is 3D Ready. Optoma did not release retail prices for these projectors but they are available now through certified retailers.
