Canon Announces REALiS SX7 Mark II Projector

Canon is a leader in digital imaging. Today, the company announced their latest projector to join their REALiS series, the REALiS SX7 Mark II. This projector is designed for business applications and comes with 4000 ANSI lumens, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and SXGA+ (1400 x 1050) resolution. The added brightness allows the projector to be used in brightly lit rooms. The main feature however is the new Photo Image Mode, which allows users to easily make changes to improve the look and feel of the content projected. The feature also enhances the projector’s advanced color management and the ambient lighting controls. “Whether presenting photographs, videos, presentations, or any other content, the color accuracy and amount of ambient light will play a major role in the perceived quality of work,” said Yuichi Ishizuka, executive vice president and general manager, Consumer Imaging Group, Canon U.S.A. “The high-brightness and Photo Image Mode included on the REALiS SX7 Mark II allows users to display their images with outstanding detail and superb quality.” Canon plans to release the REALiS SX7 Mark II in April and it will be priced for just under $7000.
