Home Owner Upgrades to a Home Theater

Sometimes people just need to upgrade certain things in their life. For this homeowner in New Jersey, they upgraded their big screen entertainment center into a new home theater. The room was your typical living room size. The owners decided to tear out all the electronics and replace them with a 45 x 80” Da-Lite screen and an InFocus ScreenPlay 777 projector. This model features HD (1280 x 720) resolution, 2000 ANSI lumens, and a 5000:1 contrast ratio. Almost everything in the room was either replaced or remodeled to look like an old time theater. The audio system was upgraded to a surround system. The walls and floor were redone to give a cozier atmosphere. The entire system was simplified and stored into a media rack inside a cabinet in the back of the room. Now the family has enough seating for themselves and their friends and family.
