One of the latest projectors to come from Panasonic is the PT-AE4000. This projector features 1600 ANSI lumens, full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, and an 80000:1 contrast ratio. Today, Trusted Reviews release their review of this model. One of the first comments they made was about the design. Most people expect a high performance projector to look sleek and stylish. However, the PT-AE4000 only has a plasticky, matt black, rectangular box. Fortunately though, the projector’s looks might be the worst because the writer immediately changed his view when he saw the diverse connection panel that has three HDMI ports. The good news continues with an impressive color display and even better contrast. The writer states that this projector is capable of producing true black, which is difficult for any projector. The final verdict that was made was, “Couple its better pictures with its now enormous feature count, in fact, and the AE4000 is a unique, almost crazily flexible and hugely tantalising product for its price point – provided, at least, that you can house it in a room dark enough not to expose its slight lack of brightness during dark scenes.”
