Hitachi’s short throw projectors are ideal for classrooms and educational purposes. Recently, Hitachi announced that their new CP-DW10N projector is now available in Australia. This projector features 2000 ANSI lumens, a 16:10 aspect ratio, 400:1 contrast ratio, and WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution. The projector is capable of displaying up to a 120” screen from only 7.2 feet away. The short throw lens allows the projector to be mounted in a place that reduces shadow and keeps the light out of the presenter’s eyes. The CP-DW10N features a wide array of connections including an HDMI, dual RGB ports, a composite, s-video, and several audio ports. There is also a LAN line for network capabilities. The CP-DW10N is now available and retails for AUD$2350 (USA$2141).
