Opus Dispalys Laser Projector Car Application
The Opus Laser pico projector has been around for several months. This device is capable of displaying 10 ANSI lumens, a VGA (640 x 480) resolution and uses the same laser projection system that is used in the Microvision SHOW WX projector. Today, the company recently released video of a new application that shows the projector being used as a heads-up display for an automobile. The projector displays the car’s speed, direction and even GPS coordinates that how much farther until the next turn and which direction to turn. The screen is actually a specialized piece of car window that has a special film on it to prevent the projector’s images from shinning directly through the glass. There is no information at this time when Opus will release their projector.

Since it is not legal, I believe, to project an image on the front car driving screen due to visibility and accident issues as well as liability my guess is that this will not be a commercially available product for the passenger car

I enjoy collecting photos of roundabouts and I think you should change this site to a scrapbook of roundabouts.
Good thinking eh?
