NEC is proud to announce that they are releasing four projectors in Asia. These four projectors part of NEC’s NP Installation Series and would be ideal for any classroom or boardroom. These models feature the latest in 3LCD display technology and weigh 16 lbs, which is light enough to make installation easy and quick.

First is the NP1250 ($2999) projector, which features a native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution, a 600:1 contrast ratio, and 3700 ANSI lumens. This model also comes with a wide range of connection options, including a RGB, 5BNC, DVI, composite, s-video, component, and several audio connections.

NEC is also releasing the NP2250 ($3499) projector that comes with XGA (1024 x 768) resolution, 600:1 contrast ratio, and 4200 ANSI lumens. This model is more than bright enough to display high quality images in virtually any environment. The NP2250 also comes with a dual 5 watt stereo speaker system to fill the room with equally high quality audio.

Next on the list is the NP3250 ($3999) projector. This model features a 500:1 contrast ratio, 5000 ANSI lumens, and the same XGA (1024 x 768) resolution as the previous models. This model also comes with wireless networking capabilities via 802.11b/g connection. There is also a LAN connection option for users who don’t want to use the wireless feature.

Last but not least is the NP3250W ($3999), which is basically the same as the NP3250. The only major difference though is that the NP3250W comes with 4000 ANSI lumens and a WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The extra big resolution is ideal for users with laptops with the same resolution because it allows them to display content with out having to resize it.
