Edimx is a company dedicated to the design, development and manufacture of leading networking solutions. Today, the company announced their new dedicated home wireless Entertainment projector server, the WP-S1100. This device can easily transmit up to full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution content through an 802.11b/g/n connection. Attached to the projector via HDMI or VGA connection, the server can be used for either the home or the office and can support up to 16 users at the same time. Edimax has also added several security features including password only access that ensures that anyone with out a password can not access the server. The WP-S1100 will not be released until next month, but it will be priced at just under $500.
