Favi Entertainment has recently announced the release of their latest pico projector, the PJM-1000. This projector looks like all the other pico units and features a small handheld chassis that measures 1.9″ x 0.6″ x 4.4″ (W x H x D) and weighs less than half a pound. The PJM features 12 ANSI lumens, an 80:1 contrast ratio, and VGA (640 x 480) resolution. The device comes with a VGA and a video port and is capable of connecting to a wide array of devices including PCs, laptops, DVD players, digital cameras, and portable media devices. This model was designed for business presentations and is capable of displaying up to a 100 inch display from about 12 feet away, which is ideal for medium or small boardrooms. The PJM-1000 is available through Favi Entertainment’s website for just under $350, but you can also find it at certified online retailers for as low as $280.
