Castrade Releases CV-MP02 Projector

Over the weekend Castrade has released their latest pocket projector, the CV-MP02. This model looks incredibly similar to the 3M MPro110 model but with some minor differences. The MP02 comes equipped with 10 ANSI lumens, a VGA (640 x 480) resolution, and uses LCoS display technology. The projector also only comes with two connection ports: a composite and a VGA port for simplicity and to reduce the projector’s weight. In addition, the MP02 uses LED lamps which require little energy consumption and generates almost no heat, which ultimately creates a silent running projector. To add to the portability, the projector is equipped with a lithium-ion battery that gives the user at least an hour of running time needing recharged. The CV-MP02 will only be available in Japan and it will retail for 35000 Yen (about $400).
