Epson Announces New EB-8 Projector Series

Epson has recently announced that they will be releasing a brand new series of projectors that will be compatible with their new digital document camera. The EB-84, EB-85, EB-824, EB-825, and EB-826W models are all designed to be quick and easy to set up. Unfortunately, Epson is keeping the stats on these projectors for now. But we do know that they all feature 3LCD display technology and display 3000 ANSI lumens, which is ideal for almost any boardroom or classroom. Also, with the exception of the EB-826W that features WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution, all the models feature a native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution. All of the projectors are capable of using wireless technology for “wire-free” presentations, or they can use the USB port for “PC-Free” presentations. One of the main features about these projectors is that they can connect to Epson’s new document camera via USB connection and display presentations through the camera with out needing a PC. Unfortunately, Epson has not released price or release information about these projectors. More information will be released as it becomes available.
