Crawl Space Home Theater

What do you do when you want a home theater, but have no place for it? Jack and Hilary Wilson decided to dig their home theater with the help of their son and several of his friends. The family decided to create their theater out of the crawl space under their home. The space was 960 square feet, which was more than enough for the theater; however, the space was so tight that at some points you literally had to crawl to get through. For the job, Jack enlisted the help of his son and his son’s friends who worked for gas money. The dig took three years to complete before they had enough ceiling clearance for the theater. When it was done, Jack hired professional installers and decorators to finish the job. The theater now features a 123 inch screen with a JVC DLA-RS1 projector that features full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 700 ANSI lumens, and a 15000:1 contrast ratio. There are two rows of seating and everything is controlled by a universal remote control.
