So it looks like Samsung has become the first major company to develop and release a projector inside a cell phone. Their product, the Show essentially looks like an apple iPhone with a pico projector integrated into it. The device is capable of displaying video, slideshows, and even downloaded stories for the children. The device even has a flashlight mode that turns the projector into a very bright flashlight. The Show allows files to be downloaded onto it through a USB connection and you control everything through the touch screen display panel on top. By using simple touch screen gestures like sliding, a user can cycle through his PowerPoint slides for a presentation. The image displayed in the video is fairly decent also, being able to display a clear and bright image in the dimly lit room. Unfortunately, Samsung is only looking release this phone in Korea right now. Also, they have not announced if the projector phone will be available in the US, which means we are stuck with the Logic Bolt until it does.
