Luminus Devices is the main provider of the LEDs that you find in the new pocket projectors. Recently they announced that that they have released one of their brightest chipsets to date, the PT-121 chipset. The chipset is similar to the PT-39 chipset that was reported earlier today in that it features three individual LED chips, one for red, green, and blue. PT-121 chipset however is designed not for pocket projectors, but for data and business projectors. The PT-121 features a 60000 hour lifespan, which is one of the longest running LED chipsets we have seen in the projector industry.
