Last month, you may have read about the new TruLink Wireless USB to VGA Adapter Kit from Cable To Go, a leading provider of high-performance cabling connectivity solutions. Today the company announced that the adapter kit is now available for ordering. The kit is capable of transmitting video content to a remote projector over a Cat5 Extender connection. This device allows you to mount your projector up to 30 feet away from your video device and be able to display video content with out the need of long, clumsy cords. The TruLink Wireless adapter will be on display this week at CES at booth 20947, South 1 Hall along with the company’s new TruLInk VGA with Audio Extender, which can extend a VGA and audio signals up to 1000 feet over a Cat5e Cable line. This extender however is more designed for monitors and TVs. “Both the VGA Extender and the Wireless VGA Adapter add to our extensive line of digital signage products and solutions that give customers an easy installation that is cost-effective and reliable,” said Gary Hess, Cables To Go director of product management. “With the ability to transmit a VGA signal over long distances or through a wireless connection, users have the flexibility to deploy a digital signage solution that fits their specific needs.”
