Projectiondesign has recently announced that they will be bringing their latest projectors to InfoComm Asia, in Hong Kong, from November 19-21. One of the projectors that is being highlighted at their booth is the F10 AS3D projector that was released a few months ago. The AS3D features 2000 ANSI lumens, a 3000:1 contrast ratio, and a native SXGA+ (1400 x 1050) resolution. This model is also famous for being the world’s first portable stereo 3D projector. Weighing less than 8 lbs, the AS3D is capable of displaying either 2D or 3D images onto a screen as big as 120 inches, diagonally. The AS3D includes several connections, including two DVI and 2 VGA connections as well as an s-video, composite, RCA, and BNC. The other major projector being displayed this week is the F10 wuxga projector, which features WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution, a 4000:1 contrast ratio, and 3100 ANSI lumens. This projector is also amazing for being able to display amazing image quality and weighing less than 8 lbs, which makes this projector another world first design.
