Sony has recently announced their latest projector designed for education, government, corporate, and house of worship applications. The VPL-FX41 projector features 5200 ANSI lumens, XGA (1024 x 768) resolution, and a 900:1 contrast ratio. It comes with your standard connections including, two RGB, a composite, s-video, and 5BNC connection. The FX41 even has LAN connectivity for networking capabilities. Weighing 21 lbs, this projector is light, which makes ceiling mounting a lot easier. In addition, the FX41 is able to display up to a 600 inch diagonal screen and can be fitted with one of several optional lenses for either a short or long throw distance. The VPL-FX41 is currently available through the Sony website and is priced at $6270.
