In addition to the release of the PJ359w, ViewSonic has also announced the release of their home theater projector, the Pro8100. This model features full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 1000 ANSI lumens, and a 13000:1 contrast ratio. The Pro8100 is extremely flexible when it comes to positioning. It comes with a variety of features to help adjust the image including vertical and horizontal lens shifts, zoom, and vertical and horizontal keystone adjustment. The Pro8100 even comes with a number of connections including RGB, composite, s-video, and dual HDMI and component inputs. This model is designed to allow users to enjoy the movie, distraction free, with a 23 dB noise level that can go down to 18 dB in Eco Mode. The Pro8100 is currently available through ViewSonic and retails for $4995.
