The HIVE is a room that contains several Christie Mirage series projector that project the overall image onto all four walls, ceiling, and floor. The HIVE also has motion tracking technology that tells the HIVE where the guests are in the room and shifts the images accordingly. By moving around the room, guests can also interact with their surroundings, depending on the presentation. In order to get the full 3D effect, guests have to wear a set of active 3D glasses. The HIVE will be able to provide over 30 different experiences including “flying” through the solar system.
