Canon is joining the wave of releases today with their newest projector, the REALiS SX7. This projector is designed for bright rooms with 4000 ANSI lumens and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. It also has an impressive SXGA+ (1400 x 1050) resolution and LCoS display technology. The SX7 projector uses Canon’s patented Aspectual Illumination System (AISYS) Optical Engine. This component maximizes the display power of the advanced LCoS reflective panels. The outcome in an exceptionally detailed, lattice-free, color accurate displays while maintaining a compact form factor. The SX7 also comes with connections for every occasion. It has a BNC, DVI, VGA, composite, component, and s-video connection. The REALiS SX7 is available to order through Canon’s website and retails for just under $7000.
