You may have read about two new projectors that JVC will be showing at CEDIA this weekend, the DLA-HD750 and DLA-HD350. It turns out JVC has two more to add to the list, the DLA-RS10 and DLA-RS20. All of these projectors are designed for high-end home theaters and feature full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. The DLA-HD350 is the runt of the litter with only a 15000:1 contrast ratio, while the DLA-RS10 is not far behind with a 17000:1 contrast ratio. The HD750 and RS20 feature an impressive 30000:1 contrast ratio. All four projectors are extraordinary because none of them use a special auto iris in order to enhance their unprecedented contrast ratio. The HD750 and RS20 are also unique because they are THX certified, which guarantees accurate and exceptional picture quality for your home. Not only does this certification mean that these projectors are top quality, it will also help differentiate them from their competition. Unfortunately, these projectors will not be available until November. However, the asking prices for these projectors are exceptionally reasonable. The DLA-RS10 and DLA-HD350 will be less than $5000, respectively, while the DLA-RS20 and DLA-HD750 will cost less than $8000, respectively.
