Early in August we hinted towards the new Panasonic PT-AE3000 that will be released in time for the holiday season. Turns out the AE3000 will be available sometime in October. It will come with three HDMI inputs, which is more than most projectors have. It will feature full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and 1200 ANSI lumens. The best feature about this projector is the 60000:1 contrast ratio. That will make this projector the world’s highest contrast ratio in a home theater projector. In addition to the three HDMI inputs the AE3000 is also going to have dual composite video and audio inputs as well as other basic analog connections. When released, the PT-AE3000 will retail for $3500.
