The Ply Projector Phone Looks Like it’s Made of Wood
Here is an interesting concept design for the next projector phone. The Ply phone from Hideo Kanbara got its name from the design of multi-layered plywood. The phone looks like six different color pieces of plywood was stuck together. Each layer has its own specific function. Not only is it a phone, but it is also a projector, game system, a mini printer. The phone unfolds a different way for each function, which would help reduce confusion as to which feature you’re using. With the exception of the game system this concept phone would practically be an office in your pocket. And with the development of technology nowadays, maybe someday this concept can become reality.
