DIY Projector Mount Is Cheap and Easy to Build

diypm_a2.jpg

We have already seen someone create their own projector mount from spare parts you can find at any hardware store. One of the main problems about that projector mount was that the parts cost about $150, which is actually more expensive than some projector mounts. Recently another DIY projector mount has serviced. This mount looks to be easier to assemble because it uses a vacuum vise for the bulk of the mount. The only real assembly required is attaching a metal t-strap to your projector and then attaching it to the vise. This mount will cost you about half the cost as the previous design. However, it still has the mounting limitations that the other design had. The only places you can place your projector is where there is a surface for the mount to grip. Good thing the mount has the ability to swivel and pivot.
