Sanyo has another Home Theater projector releasing in October. The PLV-Z700 features full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and is being introduced as an entry-level projector. It is able to display 1200 ANSI lumens which will light up a dark lit or a dim lit room nicely. The Z700 also has a few features to keep your projector running smoothly. One is the electronic lens cap that automatically closes when the projector goes to standby mode. It also has a huge cooling fan that not only keeps the projector from over heating but is also extremely quiet, only a 21 dB noise level. The Z700 also has a short throw distance. This allows the projector to be able to display a 100 inch screen, diagonally, from less than 10 feet away. The retail price for the PLV-Z700 has not yet been released.
