In addition to the NP901W, announced earlier, NEC is releasing two new models that will be joining their NP Mobile series. The NP41 and NP61 are very similar, featuring DLP display technology, a 1600:1 contrast ratio, and XGA (1024 x 768) resolution. The NP41, however, is the smaller of the two with 2300 ANSI lumens. The NP61 is able to project a lot brighter 3000 ANSI lumens display. Both projectors also feature RGB, s-video, composite, and audio inputs. The NP41 and NP61 are also small and light enough for any traveling presenter, weighing 3.5 lbs. These projectors are available through the NEC website. The NP41 retails for just under $1000 and the NP61 is priced at $1399.
