The Epson Powerlite Home Cinema 1080 UB is one of Epson’s best home theater models. It is also the model used in the popular Epson Ensemble. It features a 50000:1 contrast ratio and  1600 ANSI lumens that can light up any room. Recently the writers at Ultimate AV Magazine got the chance to review this projector. The reviewers were quite impressed by the performance of the projector. It excelled in color and detail and had deep black levels that surpassed or met every other projector they have reviewed in the past. Their weren’t a whole lot of problems with the Powerlite Home Cinema 1080 UB other than the fact that it was louder than most of its competition. In all their final thoughts were, “Taken as a whole, the Epson Powerlite Pro Cinema 1080 UB can hold its own with any of its competition.
