Graffiti Artists Go ‘Green’ with Projectors Instead of Paint

Graffiti artists are starting to jump on the ‘green’ bandwagon and display their art in new environmental friendly ways. One of the more popular methods is the use of a projector to display their art onto the side of a structure. This new method is also safer for the artist. It allows them to create their artwork at home and also allows them to display their images in places that would be impossible or dangerous for the original spray can method. Some of the more famous places that have been targeted with this method include the Roman Coliseum and the Brooklyn Bridge. The system used for this method includes a projector, camera, laptop, and other equipment. The system can either be stationary or it can be condensed into a portable version that can be mounted onto a car, truck or even a bicycle.
