SI is one of the leading manufacturers of projector screens. Recently they announced that they will be releasing two new screens this August. The Gamma Maestro HD 1.1 (white) and Lunar Maestro HD .85 (Grey) are made to allow sound to pass through it uninterrupted. This allows the user to position their speakers behind the screens and save that extra wall space. The material used for the screen was displayed earlier this year at the CEDIA convention. It is woven into an innovative pattern allowing the Maestro screens to have sound pass through them, and still deliver superior quality images. The Maestro screens can be made for up to a 215 inch diagonal screen. Prices have not been released yet.
