Casio is announcing, at InfoComm, four new models to join their ultra slim projector line. All of these new models use DLP display technology and stand less than 2 inches high. The XJ-S52 and XJ-S57 feature XGA (1024 x 768) resolution and 3000 ANSI lumens. The XJ-SC210 and XJ-SC215 both feature 2500 ANSI lumens and an1800:1 contrast ratio. All four models are very light weight weighing only 4 lbs and they come with RGB and composite inputs. They also all have a USB port for wireless connectivity through a wireless IEEE802.11b connection. This allows the projectors to run and be controlled with out the need for cables. The USB port can also accept jump drives for computer free presentations. These new models won’t be available until sometime in August and will range between $1299 and $1599.
