After years of hearing about Pico projectors, the first fully functioning projector phone has finally been introduced. Chinese company Cking has designed and is demonstrating their first fully functional projector phone. The phone is about the size of a chunky candy bar with a touch screen and phone on top and a projector on the bottom. The projector is manually focused and can display 30 inch images, diagonally. The projector uses an LED light to display VGA (640 x 480) resolution images. Also, the phone battery will allow for about 2 hours of viewing time. That is long enough for a short movie. Unfortunately, There is no work as to if this phone will be available anyplace other than China.
