The Samsung SP-A800B features 1000 ANSI lumens and a 10000:1 contrast ratio. This projector can deliver excellent full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution with DLP technology. Recently CNet was able to review the SP-A800B and thought it was a very impressive projector. They liked the color were extremely accurate for SD and HD. They also thought the black levels and shadow details were superb. Their only problem they had with the SP-A800B was the projector didn’t have a horizontal lens shift. Their final thought was, “The Samsung Sp-A800B outperforms every projector in its class hands-down, and competes favorably with the three-chip DLP units that cost three times as much.”
