At the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM 2008) Canon U.S.A., Inc. will showcase its current line of portable and Digital Radiography (DR) solutions. The event will be held at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center on May 15 to 18. “At the show, attendees can see how Canon DR systems and solutions can help to reduce examination times, increase patient throughput and contribute to substantial cost and labor savings,” said Tsuneo Imai, Senior Director and General Manager, Medical Systems Division, Canon U.S.A., Inc. The REALiS SX7 projector will also be on display at SIIM 2008, and will showcase the brilliance and sharpness of LCOS technology. The projector emits 4,000 ANSI Lumens and 1.7X Ultra-Wide Powered Zoom Lens with Autofocus.
