It’s called the “P3 ProSwing”, it’s a golf simulator and swing analyzer, and it can help you sharpen your skills. It works like this: in front of the projector, you put a foam ball on a tee, then swing; then the device shows the trajectory of the ball and in this situation, the man in the article is left handed, so the ball’s trajectory faded somewhat to the left. From this, it calculates club head speed impact, and how many yards the ball will go, and even how far the ball will roll. Created by Sports Visions Technologies in Bethel, Maine, the machine now boasts sales from PGA competitors like John Daly.
