BenQ W9000, Epson TW1000, Optoma Themescene HD80, and Panasonic PT-AE2000E Projector Review

For this reviewer, one projector just wasn’t enough so he reviewed four performance optimized projectors that are all equally important with regard to quality and design. These projectors can be used for auditoriums, businesses, and the personal home theater. He starts the review by explaining the affordability of the BenQ W9000, which is praised for its easy installation and features that can be controlled via remote. However, the downside is picture for this device which is average due to the lack of brightness. The reviewer gave the verdict for this device to be a 7 out of 10, for plus points that included having a “Robust design, easy to install, decent specifications, minus points included “Imposing design, limited connectivity, low brightness leaves images looking lacklustre.” The next projector is the Epson TW1000, which received a 6 out of 10, which received this because the device is comparably expensive, has poor black levels and contrast; but with regard to plus points, the projector is attractive in design, easy to install similar to the BenQ W9000, and the images are clean and detailed.

The Optoma Themescene HD80 is a DLP projector that has 1080p/24 fps features and includes two HDMI 1.3 inputs. This projector gains 8 out of 10 from the reviewer, and he states the projector, “Competitively priced, advanced features and connectivity, quiet operation, superb black levels and contrast”, however he also stated that it has “Average build quality, fiddly set up, and lacks super fine detail.” Lastly, the Panasonic PT-AE2000E earns 9 out of 10 for being a premium LCD projector that has 1,500 Lumens with a resolution of 1920 x 1080.
