First Commercially Available Portable Pico-Projector Unveiled in Hong Kong

This week at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair, Sunlink International Holdings and iView Limited announced the SunView PMP Projector (PMPP). It is supposedly the first commercially available portable integrated pico-projector. The projector has a built-in 3.5-inch TFT-LCD touch screen and pico-projector based on iView’s IPL630 LCOS module. While many companies are working towards these types of projectors, Sunview has gotten to the finish line first; however there is no word on pricing. The projector includes a built-in rechargeable battery, a speaker, remote control, a SD card slot, and is powered by Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 core and includes Office Viewer. This projector measures 133mm x 79mm x 25mm.
