If you have a home theater or in the process of creating one, you might be interested to learn more about the perfect size of screen that you could use in order to optimize your viewing experience. To be creative is one thing, but in order to make the best judgment on screen size you should utilize a little bit of math for projector screen measurement. There are three important concepts to keep in mind when picking the perfect screen size, firstly would be Projector Native Resolution, which allows you to know which aspect ratio to select for your screen; next is Ceiling Height, which can help you determine the total height of the screen that will fit into the room. Finally, you should look at the screen distance to audience, which should be at least as wide as 1/6 of the distance between the screen and the viewer farthest from the screen. If you follow these guidelines, your viewing experience should be optimized accordingly.
