Yesterday, Planar unleashed a curvy design that is not about to disappoint buyers. The PD8150 and the PD8130 are big, shiny, and optimized for darkroom usage, and in black piano finish you can’t go wrong. The PD8150 DLP projector includes a 15,000:1 contrast ratio while the PD8130 DLP projector has a contrast ratio of 10,000:1. They both include 1,000 Lumens, 1920 x 1080 resolution, a horizontal and vertical lens shift, HDMI 1.3 support, VXP video, and two optional lenses. These projectors are priced at  $8,999 and $6,999 respectively.
