Earlier this week, Texas Instruments announced that IMAX Corp. would start to use DLP technology in there Cinemas. IMAX Theaters are some of the biggest theaters in the world Most of these theaters can be found at museums, aquariums and other educational facilities. The switch to DLP technology will allow moviegoers to experience precise, lifelike images in vibrant colors. DLP chips uses millions of tiny microscopic mirrors to reflect digital signals through the lens and onto a screen.
