The InFocus Play Big IN82 was one of InFocus’ best home theater projectors. Recently word has gotten out that they are going to release a better projector in March, the Play Big IN83. This model will have 1600 ANSI lumens and HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. The new dynamic iris technology will give the IN83’s contrast ratio a boost from its normal 5000:1 to 15000:1. The IN83 will also feature the new DarkChip4 DLP chipset from Texas Instruments. There is no information currently on the InFocus website but the price for this projector should be around £3500 ($6900).
