Panasonic has been advertising their PT-AX200E since CES. The reviewers from ZDNet decided to see if this projector is as good as Panasonic says. The PT-AX200E features 2000 ANSI lumens and a 6000:1 contrast ratio. It can also display HD (1280 x 720) resolution images. The AX200E’s claim to fame is its gamer mode that reduces input lag to next to nothing. The reviewers at ZDNet thought the color reproduction and image quality was very impressive. They were a little disappointed that the projector can only make 720p HD images, but that is something that no other gaming projector can do. Their final thought was, “The Panasonic PT-AX200E is an easy to use, flexible projector that provides excellent resolution for both data and movies. However, this powerful unit is only a minor, if cheaper, upgrade of its predecessor and lacks full high definition.”
